When creating labels, it allows you to add the weight of the package you send, but not for an individual product, so please calculate an estimated package weight and add it there on the label settings under orders.

It seems your PHP version is not compatible with the live version of the dhl plugin, (maybe for some other plugins as well), can you update the php version from the server settings, (from c-panel if you have one, if not you will always have an option to increase this from the server side)

We have already checked the issue you’ve raised and the error comes from dhl itself and is not an issue of the plugin’s api call, can you try to create a label for one of those erroneous addresses on your dhl portal and see if it’s working properly?

Also please send us an address also, so we can test it from our end as well.

Hello,
under Preferred Services > COD Payment Gateway the merchant has to select which payment gateway represents COD. By default it is the WC Cash on delivery method but that can be changed.
If COD is selected on the frontend, then the option will appear on the DHL Order Metabox.
