This is now the 4th time I will be attempting to install the site, as I could not get it working before 3 times now.

If the plugin was perhaps made better, it would not need support like the many other plugins I’ve used.

You ignored me for 2 months on the other plugin where you got the 1-star review. That plugin is not this plugin.

Yes you replied here to this plugin’s support, but you ignored me for 2 months on the other plugin support where you got the 1-star review.

This is clearly a review and not a support question… you got a bad review because you completely ignored my support question… the question you claim you replied to is on a completely different plugin.

By the time you even replied there, who in their right mind is going to leave up a broken website? I’ve had to re-do this whole installation 3 times now, and if I had gotten support, the last time I did install it would have been successful.

Instead I was ignored completely. If you are going to ignore me for 2 months, don’t gripe and complain just because you didn’t get an immediate answer…

Status is not resolved. I will have to setup the site again since I can’t get an answer for weeks to months at a time when I do have the site up.

This is now my third attempt at getting this site working and am guessing I will still need support. I am not sure who marked this as resolved but this is clearly not resolved… I was ignored on my other questions completely and ended up leaving 1-star reviews because I can’t get any support there.

I get this is free support but weeks to months to never is not good timing, when clearly I’m being ignored and you’re answering questions for others.

I’ve been ignored for nearly 2 months now, I’ve just reviewed this as a 1-star plugin.

I can’t get it to work and can’t even get anyone to reply to my messages here.

Membership module is enabled….. I’m able to setup memberships, I’m just not able to add pricing to the membership packages……..

I redid the whole setup and am still coming across the same problems. This time I can at least see the membership when saving it in the admin backend, and also see it when registering as a user. However it says $0 and I do not see anywhere to input this membership fee.

This is what I am using and so far I still cannot get the chargeback protection even though Stripe says that’s what I need (the new checkout).

Everything seemed to work and it went to the checkout page on Stripe. There’s other plugins I’ve used that didn’t work so I can tell yours does work.

However I have been just waiting on calls that don’t come from Stripe about how to fix this. Any idea what it might be on their end that I need done to fix this? Your plugin is working as far as I can tell, it’s just Stripe themselves and their system doesn’t recognize my new system on my website as having the V3 but it is there.

So in the example you give the commission to the vendor would be 90% and the commission to admin would be 10% correct?

So if I had a woocommerce multi-vendor website, and set this up for me (if the plugin has options to only allow certain users or some other settings?)…. Would it affect the other vendors I have on my site? Like would it try to pull their products also, or would I have full control of being able to push my own products out? Thanks.
