@vmpetsmart `Please crosscheck the following points for the resolution:

1. Minimum one Pickup address should be added on the Shiprocket panel.
2. In Products weight (in KG) should be updated on WordPress.
3. In Products dimensions (in CM) should be updated on WordPress.
4. At the time of the plugin configuration Shiprocket’s register email id and mobile number have to be used on the Plugin settings page.

After updating the details if still facing any issue please drop an email on [email protected] or raise a ticket from the Shiprocket panel with all the details (register email id / Company id, store URL, channel name).

You can use our external API to achieve these features on a custom page.
