@programmer4techybirds Please crosscheck the following points for the resolution

1. Minimum one Pickup address should be added on the Shiprocket panel.
2. In Products weight (in KG) should be updated on WordPress
3. In Products dimensions (in CM) should be updated on WordPress.
4. At the time of the plugin configuration Shiprocket’s register email id and mobile number have to be used on the Plugin settings page.

After updating the details if still facing any issue please drop an email on [email protected] or raise a ticket from the Shiprocket panel with all the details (register email id / Company id, store URL, channel name)

@deepthy We are getting through API data “id”: 888 and “order_number”: “940”, for the shiprocket channel order id: 888. We can only show the data as id which we will get in “id” Parameter. So please we will suggest you to use id as order id instead of order_number on your panel.

@yewtec Please cross check the following points

2. Weight has to be updated in KG on your product page.
3. Dimensions has to be updated in cm on your product page.

@deepthy Please Provide us your registered email id or company id along with the sample order id and order details screenshot to check the issue. Also, you can raise a ticket from the Shiprcket panel with the required details.

@nirajnagar Please install the Shiprocket plugin on WordPress and activate the same. Also, please make sure weight in Kg and dimensions in centimeter updated on your all products on WordPress panel. And there should have a minimum one pickup location added on your Shiprocket panel. If you still facing any issue please raise a request on [email protected] with your company and site details.
