In reply to: Schedule Posts Not Working in 2.5I’ve achieved success with this long-term problem.
I upgraded my SoloBusinessMarketing.com blog to version 2.7 through the WordPress Automatic Upgrade plugin, wrote an article, set it to publish the next morning, and it worked.
I don’t know if it was my host or the plugin; I’m just pleased to announce this in hopes that others will also find a solution.

In reply to: Schedule Posts Not Working in 2.5There’s an “Idea” section within www.ads-software.com where I added the idea of bringing back schedule post.

This beneficial setting has been missing for a long time, and by the number of posts in this thread, many of us would appreciate its return.
If it’s not on the menu for version 2.8, the “Publish Status” section to the right of the “Write Post” page can be eliminated.

In reply to: Schedule Posts Not Working in 2.5I also expressed my dilemma with this WordPress 2.5.1 publishing problem in a separate post.
I thought I was alone with this situation, but I’m also surprised that there’s not much talk elsewhere about this pre-publishing problem.
Babysitting my blogs is no fun, and I look forward to a solution.

In reply to: Pre-Set Post Won’t PublishDoes anyone know in which file the publishing instructions are located so that I can attempt to troubleshoot this myself?
I know that the word is not “instructions;” I don’t know what else to call it.
Thanks,
Shirley

In reply to: Theme Uploading HelpHello,
Thanks so much for the reply. Something happened overnight to make the theme work properly, and all is fine.
If only everything would fix itself while you sleep.
In appreciation,

In reply to: How to Add a Trackback Link/TagThanks so much for your help. I was looking for the word “trackback” to appear next to the word “comments” above each posting, as it appears on other blog templates.

In reply to: How to Fix a Broken SidebarWhat I sent the first time was absolutely all the code in the sidebar template, from top to bottom. The lines, as shown in the link you’ve added, do not appear in my sidebar template.
This is a terrible time waster for you. Thank you so much for attempting to help me. I must give up at this point.

In reply to: How to Fix a Broken SidebarI made a change in a post and sent, to pastebin.com, the URL that appeared at the top of the screen directly after making the post.
If this is what you need, that’s what I just sent. Let me know if that’s not what you want. I had to read your words several times. HTML-eeze is difficult for me to understand.
Thank you again.
