In reply to: [Baskerville] Configuring homepageComplete novice here but I noticed that the size also plays a role in the location of the post. I played with the size and posting dates to get the posts where I wanted them. I chose to “sticky note” one post that I always on the front left corner. I’m curious as well on how to make this easier.

In reply to: [Jazzy Forms] [Plugin: Jazzy Forms] Can't create more than one formThank you for the prompt reply!
I am using Firefox 15. I just tried IE 8 to see if there was a difference and, interestingly, my form is blank (all the elements are no longer on the right side) and when I click “New”, I am taken to the Dashboard in WordPress (??).
1) Thank you – will try this!
2) I just thought it would be easier for me. I had first selected default options and then decided I didn’t want them so I had to delete and re-create values. Not a big deal, but a tad more time-consuming.
3) OK! Cool anyway.Thank you thank you thank you for helping me. I really hope I can use this form for my needs.

In reply to: [Jazzy Forms] [Plugin: Jazzy Forms] Can't create more than one formMore on this… I was just playing around, trying to create more forms to see if I could learn anything. Apparently previous forms disappear when I click “Save”.

In reply to: installing a themeBingo! You’re right.
And the reason I couldn’t upload the theme was a problem with access which has been resolved and now all is well.
Thanks!

In reply to: installing a themeI think I just figured out how to do this. I was searching www.ads-software.com and came across a listing of what appear to be the same “free” themes that are available when I’m actually logged into my blog. So I clicked download, unzipped, transferred and …. it’s not working. But I’ll keep at it. I put “free” in quotes because although the title says “Free Themes”, I received a message when I downloaded that I need to pay for it after 40 days. ??

In reply to: installing a themeI am having the same problem as Vikas. Esmi, in your response you say “simply downloading the theme archive file…”. (Let me preface this by saying that I’m new to all of this so thank you in advance for your patience…) I only see an option to “install” or “preview” the theme. Is there a workaround for downloading it another way?
Thanks,
S
