But in categories, custom Container Background Image is not: [EDITED LINK]

Sadly not all cache plugins have option to check user agent (personally prefer “WP Super Cache” plugin).

Strange, because still image not lazy loading. When I changed the code, loads only 1×1 pixel blank image, but not “btn_donateCC_LG.gif”. Meanwhile every other image on website which is lazy loaded with plugin, not manually, works normal.

No errors in console.

Everything now works fine!

Why you think there is no point? For example someone use PC with slow connection and want to enter site and read it in lite-mode? Or someone open website with mobile or ipad but for some reason they don’t see mobile version, but only PC version… There is a lot of reasons to put a desktop to mobile switcher URL.
