Dear Laura, I’m a user of this fantastic plug in.
You can see on this website that tests are showing on homepage as any regular post would.
Make sure that you are not using a static homepage, and that your theme doesn’t prevent newer posts from showing.
Also, the description field in test results can store any HTML formatting, including links, divs and whats not.
I hope it has answered your question.

After further exploration here, the technique is a breeze:

1. Edit the post in “Text” mode (rather than “Visual”)

2. Insert in the <!–more–> remarke any text that you wish to appear, as in:
<!–more Start your test–>

Cool, ain’t it?!
