Hi,

I have seen 2 errors in error log, Can you please check and let me know how I can fix it. I have configured Google Re-captcha correctly by following the same steps mentioned in the plugin page.

Hi,

I have checked, and the Google Captha add-on related to the plugin is configured perfectly. And I also followed the steps mentioned on the troubleshooting link you suggested by disabling the cache and other plugins but the result is still the same.

Once the form is submitted, only the page is reloaded. No success or Thank you message appears, and not the form fields are empty after the form is submitted.

This is serious and priority issue which need quick attention as users are not able to register on the website as affiliate.

Please check and provide the solution on priority.

Thanks for your reply. One for issue I am facing that register affiliate form is not working from the website front-end, its working fine from back-end but whenever I tried to register from front-end and after form is submitted nothing will happen.

No user register and form not showing any success or thank you message after submit. So can you please check and let me know what issue behind this.
