I updated to the development version as you suggested but I still get a “not finished” error message.

More to the point, my web host contacted me to say that there was a surge in usage which is almost certainly caused by Updraft so I have deactivated the plugin for the time being. If it is something you are dealing with at your end please let me know here.

Not sure what you mean by that. However, below is a link to my latest log file to my Updraft Vault account which again says “not finished”.

Just reinstalled 4.7.4 and problem resolved.

Could well be. I’ve tried disabling extensions but that didn’t help. I’ll ask the same quesion on the Chrome help forum.

It would be nice to give people this option as some people reporting errors sometimes include questions and I have no way of knowing who it is!

Thanks Mikko – it took me a little while, but I finally changed the default to name as you suggested.

Looks like a perfect storm of simultaneous upgrades to WP, Firefox and Realplayer! This worked for me:

Launch RealPlayer
Click the RealPlayer icon in the upper left corner of the window and choose Preferences.
Choose Download & Recording from the left hand panel
Uncheck “Enable Web Download & Recording for these installed browsers”
Click OK and close RealPlayer
Restart Firefox

If you’re using Firefox, it could be a problem with Realplayer and you need to turn off web download and recording:

Launch RealPlayer
Click the RealPlayer icon in the upper left corner of the window and choose Preferences.
Choose Download & Recording from the left hand panel
Uncheck “Enable Web Download & Recording for these installed browsers”
Click OK and close RealPlayer
Restart Firefox

3.4 seems to have a problem with all audio files and plugins which is pretty annoying and no word from back office that I’ve been able to find.

I have the same problem with the Audio Player plugin.

That’s true, but if anyone else using your plugin had the same issue with the preview, they might assume (like I did) that it wasn’t working.

I did try deactivating any recently installed plugins before posting this message, but that didn’t change anything.
