1. You must to import the database onto your computer MySQL from your
hosting.
2. Also you must to import posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags from a WordPress export file to your computer.

But I solved the problem by reinstalling the old version of WP2.7. and then upgraded to the latest version.
I think there was a some conflict of plugins and WordPress v.3.2.1.
