For your 1st query:

.port-link a:last-child{
    display: none;
}

For your 2nd query:

.port-title{
    pointer-events: none;    
}

For your last query: Currently, it is no possible. There is no such option. However if you can code it on your own, you can achieve it via the child theme.

That is breadcrumbs. Breadcrumbs are dynamic and they are formed as you move throughout a site. Breadcrumbs appear on all pages including new pages. If you are talking about adding your custom items on breadcrumbs then it is not possible. However, if you can code it on your own, you can achieve this via the child theme.
