It seems you are using the Elementor Pro form on your site.

Currently, you can change the “Enter OTP here” text by manually adding the string in the po file.

Currently, we only redirect the end user with the set redirection without adding any parameter.

Can you please let me know which parameters you wish to add to the redirect URL?

Generally, the used to create form provides the option to add a phone field on the form.

Using our plugin you can enable phone verification on that field of the form.

Please confirm if?AJAX Login and Registration modal popup – PRO provides the option to add the phone field.

I have checked the form link provided.

It seems you are using User registration forms by WP Everest and I can see that the phone number field type is number.

The Phone Number field of the Everest registration form should be of type?Phone?or?Text.

Can you please change the number field on the form to the Phone field or Text field and test again?
