Site Title color only apply if you display site title (You can set it in Customize Site identity)
The same for “Transparent Site Title Color” this setting only apply when site header is “Transparent”.

If you using OnePress Plus plugin you should upgrade to version 2.0.0

The parallax background only scale when the the height of section smaller than the width of section.
– Why we need to do that ? Because maybe you will see the gray/white background when you scroll down.
