We did click the links you sent earlier but were unsure about the following: if you use the Stripe Extension on its own without the FreshBooks integration, do you still receive two invoices?

I don’t see an integration on your site of Dear Systems in your system status report. Could you clarify how it is updating products / connecting to WooCommerce?
In general, Facebook for WooCommerce syncs a product whenever a product is created or edited – but it relies on the WooCommerce actions/hooks being triggered correctly.

If the DEAR Systems integration is just modifying the database directly its possible no “update” is being triggered.

The 401 error that you are getting usually means that the connection is not authorized. You can find a bit more details about this on this page: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Getting-started-with-the-REST-API#401-unauthorized
