Hi @exsellis,
You can also ask about this on the WooCommerce Slack Community (https://woocommerce.com/community-slack/ ) or WooCommerce FB group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/advanced.woocommerce/ ), which are great places for customization questions like this.
Thanks!
Hi @joy263,
Please also share an updated SSR (System Status Report) in case those suggestions don’t work.
You should be able to find it again via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Thanks!
Hi @joy263 ,
We suggest keeping the WooCommerce, MySQL, and PHP versions updated.
If this does not help resolve the issue then, please deactivate Advanced Custom Fields PRO: by Delicious Brains – 5.12.2 and switch themes to Storefront (https://en-ca.www.ads-software.com/themes/storefront/) to see if the plugin or the theme is causing the issue.
Thanks!
Hi @himanshu999 ,
It might help to ask this question here instead: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/litespeed-cache/
Thanks!
Apologies for not being clearer earlier. I meant when you edit the product and scroll down to Product Data and see the General Settings. It should look like this: https://d.pr/i/UWbDlk
Hi @dnacannon,
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] adding users to backendHi @marchajj ,
Thanks for sharing the system status report from the other site as well.
As suggested by @roxannestoltz, we advise updating the WooCommerce plugin and WooCommerce database to the latest version.
Before running any updates please back up your site.
Hi there!
A 400 error means that the request is incorrect or corrupt, and the server can’t understand it.
To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] On sale productsHi @lilingg ,
Could you please temporarily deactivate all your plugins other than Facebook for WooCommerce and WooCommerce? Also, switch your theme to Storefront: https://en-ca.www.ads-software.com/themes/storefront/
Then go to Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync and Sync the products once again.
Please check Facebook in the conflict test mode if it helped resolve the issue.
After this you can activate all the plugins once again and switch back theme too.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] How to always show sale PriceHi @sheenugames,
Just to make sure we’re on the same page, are you referring to the sale price annotations as described here: About sale price annotations: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/9017019?hl=en
If yes, you’ll want to make sure your products meet the requirements listed at the bottom of that page. These two, in particular, are especially worth noting:
– The base price, or the higher price, must have been charged for a period of 30 days (do not need to be consecutive) in the past 200 days.
– The discount of the sale must be greater than 5% and less than 90%.Can you please check if your products meet those?
