In reply to: [GEO my WP] Pretty Darn Flexible and Fast!I’m sorry if I offended you. You sound pretty upset.
I wasn’t quick to rate when the “first thing went wrong”…cause that would have been the update process. I had rated the plug-in 5 stars before all of that and have recommended it numerous times to others. I think it would be wise for you to put somewhere that if we need to re-download the plug-in again, to write you and you’d send it. I’ve received support from you in the past and greatly appreciated it. I believe I figured out what the issue was with the old versions of the plugins as well as v3, which means Id most likely go through with updating all the premium plugins as well.
Again, I’m sorry if I offended you, but hopefully you can see from a clients side how it may have been frustrating to think I could no longer download the plug-in when I really needed it.
Hello, Thomas
Yes. That is what I’m referring to. Always appreciate your responses and attention. I love your pluginForum: Plugins

In reply to: [Social Feed Gallery] Change Hover ColorHello Karan,
Is there a way to have no color on hover?
I used the code your provided above and did
background: none;
which worked, but it’d be nice to have the options in your settings. I tried leaving it blank and just saving # but it would always default back to blue on save.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack stats disappearedAgreed
However, I did write Jeremy and he was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. If you haven’t dropped him a line, I’d give that a shot.

In reply to: [Members List Plugin] Works, but be careful what version of PHP you’re usingMatthew offered great support and sent me a fix. The plugin was having an issue with PHP v7. With the update Matthew sent, I’m currently experiencing a conflict with the Events Manager plugin by Marcus Sykes as the event’s pages will not load unless I disable the Members List Plugin.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack stats disappearedSorry Jeremy. Thought they might have been close enough to be the same. Didn’t intend to hijack the thread. Appreciate the feedback tho

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack stats disappearedI keep hoping that the question will pop up again, but I think I started a new stat altogether.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack stats disappearedA similar thing happened to me. It would randomly ask something along the line of, “if I wanted to fix the connection.” Except the last time it asked, I am almost certain the buttons switched sides… or I have an awful memory, but I selected the wrong option. Is there a way to undo that? Or merge the two stats again?

In reply to: [Members List Plugin] Works, but be careful what version of PHP you’re usingI’ve tried everything from updating the shortcode to uninstalling and reinstalling. Then installing older versions. I don’t know what the server requirements are, but everything I did, nothing worked.
Do you have server requirements somewhere? I’m using PODS to extend the user profiles

In reply to: [GEO my WP] Large Import From CSV File HelpI noticed that when you use the “Get Lat/Long” button to get your Geo Cords, then update the post, it switches some of the info in the database table. You might want to take a look.
It will put the street number (ex. 4) in the ‘street_name’ database field and the street name (ex. Privet Drive) in the ‘street_number’ database field. But If you update the page without using the “Get Lat/Long” button, it saves it correctly = The street number (ex. 4) in the ‘street_number’ database field and the street name (ex. Privet Drive) in the ‘street_name’ database field.
Hope that make sense.

In reply to: [GEO my WP] Large Import From CSV File HelpI exported the table my PODS custom post type creates from the database. That file contains the POST ID and the other info (ex Address, city, state, zip). PODS doesn’t save the extra fields info in a Custom Field, at least not one that is recognized by other plugins.
I think I’ve got a modified version of your suggestion to work. Going to try it one more time on my test site before I make it live.
Love the plugin!

In reply to: [GEO my WP] Large Import From CSV File HelpI did an import to the table “places_locator” with the Street, City, State, Zipcode, Country Long, Lat and Long fields.
When viewing the custom posts types, the Location Column with a green check mark says, “Location found but the address is missing”. If I open the edit post screen it shows the address fields and geo cords and says address is ready in the Location box.
Will doing what you listed above keep me from having to open each posts edit screen, clicking the Get Lat/Long button, then updating the post? Trying to avoid having to do that to 2000+ posts.
Appreciate your feedback and help. Thank you!
