Kindly be informed that Mailchimp contains widgets. The MailChimp plugin allows you to add and display created form on any widget area that your website theme provides. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets panel and start configuring your MailChimp Widget.

Search for MailChimp WD from the left side of this page, then drag it to the widget area where you need to have the form. Write a Title for the widget and use Select a form dropdown menu to choose your MailChimp form. Make sure to hit Save after you finish.

Would you be kind and inform us whether the mentioned issue persists with post/page as well? Please be informed that the issue connected with the Permalinks as an instance when in the Settings/ Permalinks/” Post name” is mentioned, the latter is not working anywhere. However, if you will switch to “Plain” it will work as the issue is mainly connected with the Sublanguage plugin.
You can try the mentioned workaround above or by changing Sublanguage plugin.

Please, be informed that regarding the following errors displayed in the screenshot we were unable to see the map. The latter issue may be the result of the conflict with Plugin or the Theme.

I can definitely see how the mentioned customization would be useful. However, you will not be able to reach the desired outcome as the mentioned custom development is not possible to implement by the help of style option changes.

If you do not receive form submissions to your email address, this could be related to the configurations on your web hosting. You can troubleshoot this the following way.

1. Install and activate Easy WP SMTP plugin on your WordPress site.

2. Go to Settings > Easy WP SMTP page, then click on Test Mail tab where you will find a quick testing tool.

3. Send a test mail to your email address and check whether it reaches your inbox or spam folder.

If the test email will be sent, the issue is triggered by Form Maker plugin.

But in case the test mail fails, the problem is on the server of your website. Please contact your hosting provider in this case, and ask them to enable SendMail for your site.

Kindly be informed, that it is not possible to retrieve the lost submissions as you have already deleted the form. I would like to ask you to provide us with additional details regarding the autoresponder.

It seems, that there is a new bug in Instagram. Is your Instagram’s language other than English? If so, it might happen than when you click the authorize button and try to connect the plugin to your Instagram account, it fails.

Authorize login error

If so please try to change your Instagram Language to English and connect the plugin.

The mentioned issue with the form persists with all browsers. Kindly try to disable the cache plugin in order to see whether the mentioned issue persists. The latter may be the result of the minifying.
