In reply to: [Redis Object Cache] How to enable object cache?I’ve removed Redis Object Cache plugin but I can still see wp-content > mu-plugins > redis-cache-pro folder and redis-cache-pro.php.

Actually, I cannot find those files. I only find advanced-cache.php / wp-cache-config.php.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Set up errorHi, @bruceallen
I’ve read all your following steps.
Actually I am weak at coding stuff.. but I searched and tried to find it out.
Firstly, I used Filezilla SFTP to check it and I’ve found out that xmlrpc.php file was properly placed in pulic_html folder.(Please check bottom img)

Secondly, I’ve checked the installed plugins.

But I don’t know which plugin can block Jetpack so please check it for me.
-Updated
I may find something wrong.

This is the plugin which may clash with Jetpack but I didn’t even intall this plugin so I think this is default plugin..?
When I entered Health section of this plugin, I saw the error message like below.

Even though I reconnected Jetpack, there is still the same error message I saw.
I don’t know what to do. Help me please.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Set up errorHi, @bruceallen
I’v solved this problem by editing my URL of SSL certificate.
I wrote URL including ‘www.’ when I set up SSL certificate, but I could still see the notice that my URL was not safe.
So I tried to write URL without ‘www.’, and it worked very well.
That was the problem that I couldn’t reach Jetpack’s set up system.
Now it is working and here is my address that you can check.
Thank you for concerning about this problem.
