Luciano, please wait until we release version 3.3.
Thanks
I added this feature today. It’ll part of 3.3 ??
Hopefully by the end of the month.
Looks like you’re French too?
Anyway, it’s not possible at the time since there is no class that allows to differentiate support user from support agent…
Should be fairly simple to add, so I’ll add to Github ??
Please highlight what you wanna change with a screenshot. Or even better, use Chrome’s built-in developer tools to figure out which selector you want to style.
Thanks
Hi there,
I’m not sure I understand why would you want to show specific products for specific users? In which context do you want to use this?
Cheers
This is how it currently looks like: view screencast.
Thanks for your help. I’ll keep you posted on this ??
Hi Christian,
Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, this is not possible out of the box, but as you’re a developer, you should be able to code this feature.
I’ll let julien731 point your in the right direction. If you get something working, it would be amazing if you could share it on Github… It could help others.
Cheers
Hi there,
Unfortunately, there is no standard way of exporting/importing the tickets. You have to manually export the database (using PHPMyAdmin for instance) and the files (using FTP or File Explorer).
How about your users? Did you already transfer them?
I’ll let julien731 go into details about this, and I’ll try to publish a new documentation about it.
Cheers
David, this shouldn’t be happening.
Please get in touch with me at [email protected] and let’s take it from there.
Thank you for translating the plugin ??
Did you try disabling all plugins except Awesome Support? Does it fix the issue?
Hi David,
I’m not sure I understand.
I’m not sure how you got into thinking that the plugin isn’t secure. It does check if the user is logged in, and more. Could you please point out the relevant bits of code here: https://github.com/Awesome-Support/Awesome-Support.
Thanks
