What are you using for your local server? If you’re using WAMP or similar, make sure that the mod_rewrite is enabled.

What exactly do you mean? Why would you want custom ticket numbers?

If you want to change the language of the plugin, you have to change the language of WordPress. Change the language in the admin settings screen. Settings > General > Site Language. You can read more here.

I confirm that I can get it to work with 4.1.1.

The additional fields show up in the Dashboard and are saved. But they don’t show up on the front-end.

We’re still working on the migration script. We’re aware that it is taking longer than expected. It’s actually quite complicated and time consuming as we need to run lots of tests to ensure smooth migration for everyone.

Until it’s ready, please do no update to version 3.
