In reply to: [SNORDIAN's H5PxAPIkatchu] Results not appearing within the DashboardHi Oliver,
My apologies for not responding to your last two messages on this forum.
I actually responded on your personal blog site (link below) but should have also marked this support request as resolved. I’ve now set this request to resolved.

In reply to: [Interactive Content – H5P] Error messages after updating to H5P Plugin 1.7.9Hi icc0rz,
I’ve tried 3 different browsers and I get the same result in each. The update doesn’t get past 31%.
Here is what I get in the error console in each browser:

Could this be some kind of permission issue relating to ajax on our server?
Thanks for all you help.

In reply to: [Interactive Content – H5P] Error messages after updating to H5P Plugin 1.7.9Thanks icc0rz.
I’ve updated the libraries but the last one (Multiple Choice 1.6.0) is getting stuck on 31%. This type has the greatest number of objects (H5P content) associated with it (125).
Any ideas how to get it to update?
Thanks
Simon

In reply to: [Interactive Content – H5P] Error messages after updating to H5P Plugin 1.7.9Hi icc0rz,
Thanks for the response and my apologies for the delay in coming back to you.
The issue was related to the uploads folder not being copied over. I’ve copied it over now and no longer see the error messages.
However, when I edit any of the existing content types the word (deprecated) appears next to the object type in the editor. Is this anything to worry about or is it just because they were created with an older version of the plugin?
Thanks
Simon
Hi Alex,
Thanks for all your support. The plug-in is working great now and is just what we needed.
Your support has been beyond excellent.
Thanks
Simon
Hi Alex,
My permissions are fixed now…
I’ve had a chance to use the QT-clear-db plugin you linked to but unfortunately it hasn’t worked.
After following the instructions and reactivating the Quiz-Tool-Lite plugin all of my question pots and questions are still there and the issue of adding responses to the Single Answer (Radio Buttons) or Multiple Answer (Check Boxes) is still occurring.
Is there anything else we can try?
Thanks
Simon
Hi Alex,
I’ll try this out as soon as I get chance.
Someone has tweaked our FTP access today meaning that we can delete files but not upload them (you couldn’t make it up!!!).
As soon as my permissions are back to normal I’ll test it out and let you know how I get on.
Thanks
Simon
Hi Alex,
We are using version 3.9.1 of WordPress.
The version of the plugin that we are using is 1.4.8.
I’m not 100% sure if we upgraded from an older version. I have tried deactivating and then reactivating the plugin but this hasn’t solved it.
I already tried uninstalling the plugin completely and reinstalling it but that didn’t help either.
I don’t think it matters but the site we are using the plug-in on is part of a multi-site WordPress set-up.
At the moment I don’t have a large number of questions as we are just testing things. If I delete the plug-in again are there some other files or database elements that I would need to remove to get a completely clean re-install?
Thanks
Simon
Hi Alex,
I don’t think I’d duplicated the question. I definitely hadn’t imported any.
If you need anything else from me please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Thanks for your help.
Simon
Hi,
I’m experiencing the same issue(s) as the original poster:
Galleries aren’t showing up on the Manage Galleries page and existing galleries aren’t working on site pages although I can see the number of images and galleries on the Overview page.
These issues occurred after updating to the latest version of the plugin (2.0.61). I’m currently using 2.0.40. Please note that I HAVE NOT updated WordPress to v3.9 so this ‘could’ be unimportant in any investigations into the cause of the issue.
Please update this thread if a solution is found. In the meantime I’ll stick with 2.0.40.
Thanks
Simon

In reply to: [CommentPress Core] AJAX Error when attempting to submit a commentHi Christian,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I’ve added you to the site with the role of Subscriber (please let me know if you need me to change the role) using the cpdev email from the plugin description page. You should receive a confirmation email.
As this site is a very early work in progress the CommentPress plugin is the only one that is currently active.
I have tried submitting comments using Firefox (v26.0), Safari (v6.0.5) and Chrome (v33.0.1750.117) all on Mac OSX and all with clear browser caches.
If you need any further information please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Thanks
Simon
That explains it then.
Thanks for all your help John.
Hi John,
I do have an active Internet connection on the Mac that I am using for this testing work.
You mentioned the cloud based PDF engine. Images are also missing from plain text saves/exports via Cleanprint (although I suspect again that this is using something based in the cloud).
Do I have to change some settings with my WordPress installation?
Also, do you have a link to a WordPress site that currently uses the Cleanprint plugin (and has the PDF option enabled) so that I can show this to my colleagues?
Thanks
Simon
Hi John,
I’m not really sure why but…….it’s working fine now!!! Maybe it was do with some kind of caching issues (though I’m sure I cleaned them up before first contacting you).
However, now it’s working I’m having some trouble. Images are not appearing in the PDF output.
I’ve looked at the previous support requests that relate to this issue but I still can’t solve it:
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/images-not-displaying-19
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/images-from-custom-field-gallery-not-displaying
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-cleanprint-images-do-not-appear-in-pdf
Also, certain images don’t appear at all in the preview in Chrome (Version 29.0.1547.76) but do in FireFox (Version 24.0). Regardless of whether they appear in the preview they don’t appear in the PDF output. Just a reminder that this is all being done on localhost.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Simon
