If you want to change size of icon you can see
<i class="fa fa-question-circle fa-2x fa-fw"></i>
here have two extra class fa-2x and fa-fw you can overwrite css of your style sheet.

wp-content/plugins/abs-portfolio-plugin/img/icon.png

Now what path I can use here please sagest me .
