In reply to: [Decision Tree] Tree keeps disappearingHey hey! We’ve posted a 1.0.3 build that fixes all the bugs (we hope) for losing data when creating/editing a DT:
* Fix DT loss when you hit return
* Fix DT loss when you click “Save Draft”
* Fix DT not rendering when the title has an apostrophe
* Hide choices when step is an answer
* Ensure 3.9.2 support
* Rev versions to 1.0.3However, the wordpress site hasn’t updated the link yet; it’s still showing 1.0.2. Here’s a direct link to the file we uploaded:

In reply to: [Decision Tree] Tree keeps disappearingrcstanl – We’ve whipped up a fix for when you hit enter vs click the “publish” button. It’s in code review and QA now, but we’ll publish it just as soon as we’ve confirmed it works!
Thanks again for your feedback and patience.

In reply to: [Decision Tree] Message "Oopsie"/ malfunctionMM,
I took a your selfpublisherbibel.de link, thanks for posting it. The problem is confirmed to be a JavaScript error caused outside of our plugin. This can be a rabbit hole, so we can’t really take this much further. However, it might be your facebook integration per the errors I saw.
Invalid App Id: Must be a number or numeric string representing the application id. all.js:54
FB.getLoginStatus() called before calling FB.init(). all.js:54
FB.getLoginStatus() called before calling FB.init(). all.js:54I’m going to mark this issue as resolved, even though I fully recognize your issue may still persist. Best of luck!

In reply to: [Decision Tree] Tree keeps disappearingrcstanl – yikes! if you’re editing a decision tree (DT) and hit the enter button – bad stuff happens! I’m able to reproduce the bug you found. The work around should be to click with your mouse on the “Update” or “Publish” button. This should file all our JavaScript handling to properly save the DT you’re working on. There is, still, a bug we mentioned about saving drafts.
We really appreciate your feedback and intend to fix all the issues uncovered here. Stay tuned!

In reply to: [Decision Tree] links jumping to wrong addressdawiddd – thanks for your interest in our plugin. Unfortunately, we don’t support links very well right now. If you add a link to an a choice it might work, but the best solution we have right now is to add a link to the subtext of a field in an answer.
We plan on adding a feature in the future to support this, so stay tuned!

In reply to: [Decision Tree] Message "Oopsie"/ malfunctionmmatting – yeah, it definitely sounds like a JS error on your site outside of our plugin. One way we’ve had good luck fixing this is to either briefly try another theme, like the default Twenty Fourteen. Another is to try disabling plugins.
Finally, if you’re comfortable posting the URL of your blog, we’d be happy to take a quick look see there.

In reply to: [Decision Tree] Tree keeps disappearingHey guys,
Sorry for the delay, we’re happy to help out. Can you let us know what version of PHP you are using and what version of WordPress you are using?
There is a known bug with drafts that we are working on fixing right now and should have an update out soon.

In reply to: [Decision Tree] Really great, lean and useful plugin!Danielmny – Great, I’m glad you like the plugin!
The feature you’re asking about is not there as such. Right now you can add HTML in the “subtext” of your answer and add a link there if you want. This will render above the answer button.
Otherwise, we’re already working on this feature for v1.1, stay tuned!
