I have the same issue. At first I got the Fatal Error: Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘FileOperationException’ with message ‘……/wp-content/w3tc-config/master.php could not be created’.
After I created the blank master.php and chmod 777 everything on there, I just got a blank page: https://galleryhelios.com/mindbody/wp-admin/update-core.php?action=do-plugin-upgrade”.
I cant get into the back end at all even though the site seems to be still running. Help please.
