Paying users try to access a restricted page on their phone, but they receive a message saying they have no right to see the page, that is a regular message shown to users that don’t have the correct subscription. It happens to all users on their phone, but not on Desktop. We have to purge the cache when we start to receive the complaints and then everyone regains access after the purge, no need for the users to login again.

This started happening 10 days ago, out of the blue, no new plugins or changes. The only change was some plugins and WordPress Maintenance Update. It also happens in the morning when users start to access the content, after we purge everything works correctly until the next day.

I went to my QUIC dashboard, i remembered I had created an account before, found the Key and copied it to litespeed General Tab field. It seems to be working, please confirm there is no problem doing this.

Now another question, the site is configured to use Cloudflare, in the QUIC dashboard there is a place to input the server’s IP, also in the litespeed plugin configuration there is also a field for the server’s IP. Which IP should I place there, the server’s real IP or Cloudflare’s IP? I ask because when I place the real server’s IP, I get a message saying that the IP is not recognized and if I want to force the use of that IP.

Hello, I have a suggestion. Please add an “Unorganized” switch when selecting plugins, it will make easier to select plugins that are not already in any group yet. You could also add a “Not in groups” or “Unorganized” group in the Plugins page, to make it easier to select plugins not added to any group or newly added plugins.

Kudos for the great plugin, I am also available to beta test.

Ok found the culprit, it is the Ark Theme.

Temporary solution: disable the ark-core plugin, check the groups you need, save the menu and then activate the ark-core plugin.

It would makes sense to add the “if ( !defined( ‘EWWW_IMAGE_OPTIMIZER_’ . $key ) )” conditional before the definition since you can’t change an already defined constant value.

I just installed the plugin, i receive the messages in the settings page, i cant say i got these messages somewhere else, if i do i’ll post here.

I get “Constant CONSTANT_NAME_HERE already defined”messages for all the the constants indicated in my last post, every time i save the plugin′s settings i also get “Constant EWWW_IMAGE_OPTIMIZER_NOEXEC already defined”

If i see any other warning when optimizing (have not uploaded any images yet) i will report here.

Hi Joel, i posted a more detailed report as an issue in Github, i did test disabling all the plugins except Client Dash but did not switch the theme, i will try that later and update the report.

I am running Multisite latest version, i had installed the plugin version from Github when the problem first appeared, i erased the plugin and installed the one from the WP repository (same version number 1.68). At first i had the plugin network activated, later i deactivated the plugin and activated it only on the site, same problem.

I did erase the menu for the role and the menu behaved normal, i then recreated the menu for the editor role and the problem showed again. I do remember the custom menu was working and after i did some modifications the problems appeared and never got it to show correctly.

I suspect it could be a DB issue, could you tell me what to erase from the DB to start anew like i just installed the plugin for the first time?
