Thanks for your support. Unfortunately, I had already done all of that.

I do use a child theme. I removed all the additional code that I added but the issue was still there.

I was trying to add a sidebar to the My account page from Woocommerce. I thought I tried it in another one to check if it was a general issue but I can’t replicate it now. Anyway, I still can’t to make it appear in My account.

One last question: you said you’ve fixed it in the development version, will I have to do any adjustment when I update the plugin?

So, as the templates seem to be in parts, I had to edit 2 files.
This is the content of the file inside the “pinnacle” folder I called single-ticket.php (a copy of page.php): https://pastebin.com/Y5LveJsb

The result is a page with the header and the footer of the website but with a sidebar and the warning message in the body.
