Problem is resolved. Used a plugin for internal links redirection.

Same here but I have a special setup.

I have a Live- Blog Plugin on my wordpress site:

The plugin works with a post page (X) on which the liveblog shortcode is placed. That post page finaly outputs the Live-Blog.
Then I have several blog entries (X,Y,Z etc.) that are published in real time on the post page (X).

My plan is to put the Survey Shortcode in one blog entry (Y) to publish that in real time on my page but unfortunately I only get that “Survey is loading” message.

The Problem is not the shipping addresss but the following message I get on check out:

Sorry, but there are apparently no payment methods available for your state / region. Please contact us if you need help or want to make other arrangements.

Right and that is my Problem. The cart doesn‘t work on site-Templates but on lets call it ?blog-Posts“.
Therefor I‘d like to know of it’s possible to link the cart-menu-Button to this Blog-Post.

So there‘s no easy way to use a post-Page as Cart?

With salutation I mean the Mr. or Mrs. in front of the name.

I mean where the link leads to.
Because of theme issues I have to put the cart on an article-page but in the backend I can only choose sites.

I found out that the page layout is the reason for the error.
I have a theme whose standard page layout is not working on mobile devices so I created a custom layout that works. Unfortunately when I try to change the shipping adress in the shopping cart nothing happens. ( The adress-field is not showing up )
When I choose the standard layout, everything works fine. I can change the shipping adress, recalculate the shipping costs and finaly choose pick up… ( the “calculating” loadbar shows up)

So my question:
Which code do I have to add in the custom layout to get that stuff working on my custom layout?
