Sorry for my delayed answer. I managed to solve this issue. So here is a quick tip for future answer seekers.

Twenty Seventeen has a blog section that sits in your control panel, in Pages section. You can try to edit it, but apart from changing the link or setting up a cover photo there is nothing else that you can do. There is no text editor like in your typical page editor. Therefore you can’t set up a page to scroll ID html code for blog section ex. [ps2id id=’YOURPAGE’ target=”/] like you would normally do for other pages.

BUT there’s always a way! ?? All you have to do is to check the ID of your latest blog post (ex. “post-500”). You can do it by either checking it directly in control panel (post section – click on your latest post – check the link) or you can use inspection tool in your browser.

Knowing the ID all you have to do is to connect it with your scroll to page ID in your menu settings (ex. type in “/#post-500” in URL address for desired menu link).

    Hope this would help anyone.
