@kallenkn do you have php 5.6?

Doesn’t work only on php 5.6 .
Other website with php7 or 5.4 5.3 work as expected

If you can’t live without browscap try this work work around:
Download and decompress old slimstat 4.4.1 ( from here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-slimstat/developers/ ).
On your site: deactivate browscap via wordpress backend -> slimstat option.
Go to your site via ftp to wp-content/plugins/wp-slimstat/browscap :
you’ll se only the two file named
– browser.php
– uadetector.php

Overwrite the two file with the same one from the decompressed archive.
Reinstall Browscap via wordpress backend slimstat option.
Icon is now showing up with tooltip.

Tested with success on 3 website with php5.6

It’s only a tooltip problem: if you try to filter result with “Advacend Filter – browser type is equal to mozilla ” result is showing up. Issue only on php5.6 environment, that is very strange

Seem something related to php 5.6

I have a testing enviroment on this:
$ php -v
PHP 7.0.8-0ubuntu0.16.04.2 (cli) ( NTS )
And tooltip show correctly user agent name and icon.

I also have a production vps and another testing environment on php 5.6 and the issue is present.

Another two site on an hostgator with php5.4.45 does not have the issue.

Not tested with php 5.5.X

Even tooltip is empty but record exist in db

I have the same issue.
If you give me the table name and column name i will do a select and paste the output here

It’s seem working now, i have updated 5 wp site with success.
No 500 error now

@psn solution is working.
Delete via ftp or cpanel the file browscap-db.php in wp-content/plugin/wp-slimstat/browscap/browscap-db.php
Reload page.
File will be downloaded again and all working

I also tryed to deactivate and reactivate the plugin after this step, and no problem
