It’s a kind of new site.
Each individual piece of news has bullet points, like this:

But I also want these bullet points on the category pages and the main page:

https://www.5bulletpoints.com/
Like I said, I’m very much a beginner, I only just started this weekend.
Also having trouble seeing any ads (even though I used “shortcoder” to get around the scripts restriction, as noted in the FAQ).
