To can pay an affiliate the admin of the page needs to access the bulk actions on the corner top-left inside the commissions tab and press “Create a payment manually”

Advance reviews are working on default WooCommerce reviews so it should works with rich-reviews if they work too with default WooCommerce reviews.

The second one depends on the plugin you are using for the cache.

You could set inside the settings which pages you don′t want to cache.

For example product pages.
