Sorry for the late response. When you click to publish your quiz (Publish/Shortcode button) in the quiz page you have a drop-down menu where you can select the different languages. Do note that this only effect the language UI, not the actual question languages, these you have to translate yourself.

If anything is unclear or you have any further questions feel free to write back to us and we’ll try and solve it as quickly as possible.

Do you have any link to a page that you have embedded the quiz on? What user/email are you using so we can have a look? What browser are you using when its not working?

I guess that you have tried something else at this time but its important for us to understand why things are not working as it are supposed to.

If I understand you correctly you can’t find the plugin inside WP admin left sidebar? Please check directly in the menu for ‘Easy Quiz Player’, not inside the Settings menu.

If you can’t find it its also possible to browse directly to https://quiz.easyquizplayer.com to start create quizzes. But please make sure you have the plugin installed.

? About the short code integration issue you had. Did you install the plugin correctly or is it up to date? Is it the quiz that does not show up or the actual short code?

? Regarding the ads, you mentioned that it display between every question. It should not be like that, we have set it after the 3rd question and then every 10th question.

We are constantly working with the plugin and will make it better every week. Thanks again for you feedback!

We will add information that there is one free version with ads and one pro version free from ads and with all features enabled.

Easy Quiz Player as a high end service and it’s unfair to compare it with other cheaper quiz plugins. Our goal is to set a new standard on the quiz market online.

We don’t understand 100% what you mean but after you install the plugin you should have a new tab in the admin menu at the left side of WP admin called Easy Quiz Player. When you click there you can login into Quiz Manager and start creating quizzes.

If you mean that you can’t see the quiz after embedded it inside a sidebar (i.e. right column of a page), it wont work. You have to publish quizzes on the main column in a blog or page to make it work.

Yesterday we also updated the plugin with the latest WP version so you should not see the warning message anymore. That had no technical effect anyway.

Regarding import of questions from Excel it’s not supported at the moment. It’s quite tricky with our different question types. But i’ll think about how to implement an easy feature for text questions only. But we have a lot planned so I can’t promise when we can do that.
