I’ve tracked the problem back by activating older versions. Problem appeared with version 4.3.0 (which looks like a major update according to the changelog).

There’s been no response to our problem (or to anyone else) for a couple of months now and this Plugin hasn’t been tested with the current WordPress version. Looks very much like this plug-in is abandoned. That’s a pity – I’ve been a happy user for a few years now.

I’m now converting all my sites to use the ‘Strong Testimonials’ plugin at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/strong-testimonials/#description.

I’m having the same problem. I’ve been using This plug-in for many years, but recently noticed that every submitted review is duplicated 2 or 3 times.

Did you get a response? I noticed you posted this almost 2 weeks ago.

After three days without a response decided to ‘comment out’ that line from the code at
pro_jigGP.php on line 56 as follows…

// $height = $width / $ratio_orig; // work out height for image

No untoward effects, so I’ll consider this a reasonable workaround for the time being.

I agree – I was a little harsh. Thinking this through, maybe 3 stars is more appropriate.

I faced some grief from my own customers when things suddenly sopped working. I was guilty of passing this grief on.

I have same problem with this plug-in and Twilio. SMS is sent to first user in the group only. Plug-in does not work as advertised. How do I get a refund?

Found it. Plug-in Mobile Smart was the culprit. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mobile-smart/

I’ve now disabled it on all sites and the problem is fixed.

To avoid impacting the live site I have tried this on https://silverwolf.co.uk/TCSdev/ .

Disabling all plugins ‘fixes’ the display on mobile issue. I have reverted to the Twenty-Seventeen Theme then back to DIVI. They both work okay on Mobile with all Plugins deactivated.

I will now activate plug-ins one by one…

I also have this problem. I followed all guidance (checked settings, checked Google API, deactivated all other plugins, reverted to twenty-seventeen theme, and and cleared browser cache and tried multiple browsers).

My request to their help desk has produced no result. They speak of support ickets but provide no option to raise one I can see.

Upgraded to Premium with no result. Wasted $89.

Also – changed Permalink settings to ‘Product’. Regenerated URL and plugged into WorldPay. Same result as before.

Permalinks are set to custom Structure with https://www.nutri-bombz.com/Wordpress followed by
/%category%/%postname%/ in the white box. For “Product Permalinks” Standard is selected.
