    Thank you so much!

Sent an email with the website in question.

I do not have any other options available, but only to post as guest or login to wp-admin.

I just tried deleting and recreating my account, reinstalled the plugin but seeing the same behavior.

I did also test with another website with clean wordpress and new account for Graphcomment, and everything works great there: I have login options for Google, Facebook, Twitter and my comments are showing up in the GraphComment admin.

Only thing I can think of is that the other website is still associated somehow with an old account. Unfortunately this is the website I wish to have graphcomments on

I really appreciate your patience with me! and Thank you for responding.

    Hello,

I tried via Incognito to access the admin dashboard and also from inside WP-admin.

I think it may be because I associated the same site with different accounts in GraphComments. Is there anything I can do to start out fresh?

I can try to delete both accounts I created, delete and reinstall the plugin?

Thank you very much for your help on this!

    Hello,

Thank you very much for fixing the issue.

In the meanwhile I had deleted the plugin from WordPress, but would like to reinstall it since I came to the conclusion it is the best commenting system!

I went ahead and reinstalled it, but new comments are not showing up in the graphcomments dashboard. I even tried creating a new account/ new websites added.

I see also that login via gmail, facebook, twitter or other platforms is not available (although I left them enabled in the settings).

Can you please help me set it up again?

    Thank you very much!
