In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Is this a jetpack error? That’s what I was asking, first, because I wasn’t sure if that’s a jetpack error or not. Thanks!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Is this a jetpack error?I would prefer not to reveal the domain if possible, as the customer has not authorized that disclosure. Could you share with me the steps you would take and I could do that?
We do have database backups going back a few months, however I don’t know if the problem was introduced recently or not.
I tested a different plugin I use for blocking bot spam and disabling it did fix the issue, I will follow up with that developer. Thank you!
Nope, I don’t use that plugin.
I understand.
It’s still not working, but now it shows the error “Password reset not allowed for this user”. Password reset from the normal WooCommerce form still works.
I posted this a week ago, are you going to respond?

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] Why does n2-ss-align have an in-element margin-left of -2px?I removed the border on the body and the -2px margin-left went away. Seems like a bug in the slider’s calculations. The slider is in a div container and that container is in the header which is display: grid, these things could be related.

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] Why does n2-ss-align have an in-element margin-left of -2px?> Can you send us a link to your site? Without being able to see the result, it’s really just a guesswork trying to figure out what’s going on.
It’s not guesswork, it’s adding a -2 pixel margin-left. The body has a 2 pixel border. Seems clear whats going on.
The site isn’t launched and is not publicly visible.

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] Why does n2-ss-align have an in-element margin-left of -2px?The problem seems to be it is not respecting the borders set on <body>.
I tried the auto width option but then it has sizeable margins to the left and right.

WooCommerce uses it’s own reset password form, is it possible to optionally utilize that in your plugin when someone clicks the forgot password link? If not, is it possible to change the href of the forgot password link to point to a custom URL such as /my-account/lost-password that WooCommerce uses?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Can’t send from secondary domainI’m a bit more advanced than that. I operate my own E-mail server and it is configured properly for multiple domains.
I determined the issue is actually with the WP-Bruiser plugin which blocks bot spam without using a captcha. It uses some kind of token and I guess it relies upon the site-url. I contacted that developer for help with it.
I swear I did not see that, but I sometimes work fast it’s very possibly my fault. I will give it another try on my testbed!
