I concur, [sugar-crm-portal] does not work. Other shortcodes from shortcodes/bcp_Shortcodes.php do work, but not that one which is in the installation instructions.

Nevermind, I discovered the issue is I was not including the localized nginx.conf file that w3 total cache was inserting those rules into.

I know how to get rid of wpautop, I should have been clear in my question. Is there a way to preserve wpautop functionality, but eliminate the broken behavior of wrapping invisible HTML comments in paragraph tags?

I’ve located the source of the problem, it was the login page rename feature of All In One WP Security, I had it rename the login page to /login which was breaking your plugin’s functionality. Once I disabled that setting everything works again.

Okay I think I have located the source of the trouble, it was the login page rename feature under the brute force section.

I’ll probably still donate, that was easier to track down than I expected. Thanks for your help and thanks for publishing such a great plugin for free.

I used the ‘disable all security features’ button on the general tab and that fixed the issue. I will try and narrow down the cause for you, tho I really think this is something you should do since it’s your plugin and not mine ?? But I don’t mind helping since it is free. (I was gonna donate, perhaps this will be in lieu of.)

The only firewall setting enabled was block fake google bots which, disabled, did not fix it.

Both were disabled, I double checked. It does not help.

I know, but I can’t help you with that, you’ll have to ask the developer for Theme My Login. I had both working together on a site, and about 1 month ago it stopped working, maybe a bit before then. I only know when I disabled AIO, TMLs user registration and moderation feature started working again. Everything is up to date.

It seems the offending plugin is All In One WP Security, v4.0.3

I did not enable it’s login or registration features, since I was using TMLs. I will notify them as well.

Okay, I have confirmed the theme is not the issue, but one of the plugins is.

I will enable one at a time and see if I can determine which plugin is causing the problem. Once I know I will follow up for you.
