Hi everyone! I had the same problem with Gateway theme. So I followed your advice and I switched the jatpack mobile adaptor off because like you said my theme was already responsive. So I solved one problem but now I have a differet one.
Since I switched that off some of my follower, if opening from ios system mainly, are not able to open the menu. They say it will open for a second and not give them time to actually see and select from the menu.
I have a Nexsus x5 and it looks fine for me and I am able to use the menu without problem.
I am sorry but I have no way to provide a screenshot for this problem.
Is there somehting I can do to fix ios users problem? Could you please be so nice to help me?
