Hi, there’s indeed an issue as far as I can tell. Any elementor widget that uses JS won’t work unless you reload the page.

So tabs, animated headline, slider, video ,form etc. won’t work.

I would be so keen for a solution, but I’m not a coder myself…

I would love a video tutorial as well!!

Thanks for you reply. That solution doesn’t work in my case, because I have products that are in multiple categories of which some I want to exclude.

For example:
I want to include category X but not category Y

Product A is in both categories, so I want to exclude it.

Now it’s automatically included because it’s in category X.

Any solution for this?

I had the same problem, but I have a better solution.

1) Create archive template
2) Insert a title widget in the template.
3) Then choose Dynamic > Request Parameter >Type: “get”>
4) And write “s” without quotes in the input field “Parameter Name”
5) Got to advanced, and add a string at the “before” field, e.g. “Your Search:”

*Only works with pro

Thank you for replying! I managed to fix it. When I opened the status report I noticed that it said “Your store does not appear to be using a secure connection” (which it does).

But I corrected this by by ensuring that the Site Address under Settings -> General is configured to use https. Which was it wasn’t.

After I changed that, I tried to change the shop url, and now the old url redirects to the new shop page instead of the cart page.

I don’t know why it made a difference but it did.

Replicate this issue by:
1) Having a category page with at least a few sample products
2) Setting the amount of products per page lower than the total amount of products in the category, e.g. 12 products per page and 14 products in category. This should be done to trigger infinite scroll. Customizer>Woocommerce>Archives>Products per page
3) Enabling infinite scroll Customizer>Woocommerce>Archives>Pagination Style “Infinite scroll”
4) Using this shortcode [product_categories] in a woocommerce category description: Dashboard>Products>categories>description The shortcode is the cause of the weird behavior.

“Try to make the product – ‘USB in de vorm van boek’ unpublished and check it works properly or not.” The problem is not the product. This is just the product that would have been on the 2nd page and is now loaded by the infinite scroll function.

I’ve actually set my “products per page” to 12, and this caused 13 (25 product in total) products to load in the category description. In other words, every product that would have been on the second page of the category, is now loaded in the description.

Bummer, could this be accomplished by editing the quick view template files?

Tried that, but it doesn’t work unfortunately… That only turns of Ajax on the product page, not on the quick view on the archive page.

Do you have any other suggestions?
