I have checked, but no, the YouTube integration (under Complianz > Integrations) is also enabled on the site which works correctly.
I have however corrected the reported JavaScript error and made a test with YouTube integration enabled and not, but not much changes: sometimes it loads slowly and sometimes it doesn’t load at all.

No dice, the “video” popup containing a simple youtube link doesn’t load.

OK I tested with the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and found that the problem does NOT occur if I deactivate the Complianz OR Perfect Survey plugins. As Complianz is essential for me, I have temporarily deactivated only the Perfect Survey Plugin and realised that, language selector and icons show up correctly, but the “video” popup opens slowly, but at least it works.

For now, I think I will keep this solution.

Hello, I have tried disabling the Divi integration in Complianz > Integrations > Plugins, but nothing has changed. To try I also downgraded the version of Complianz to 6.3.6.1, which is the same as the one on the “working” site (primax or even gmmspa.com, another copy site but with dual language as in the case of IMSGIOTTO), but still nothing to do with either the Divi integration enabled or disabled.

Me too. Any ideas?
