the woopayments team says it is a problem with this plugin. As it only happens if there is a variable (COMPANY) set by the Checkout Manager plugin.
They recommend changing plugins, but I would like to keep yours. But I can’t figure out where the problem is.

we have practically created a new woocommerce.
By creating a copy of the previous one on a subdomain.

The problem is that in the copy all the transaction history was lost, and, clearly, in the new one we start from scratch.

So I wanted to recover those transactions. Although I seem to have solved it by looking at a previous database backup.

Hi @thelmachido Thank you for your answer. I’m not sure at the moment, but I’m directed to reset the wordpress platform from scratch. Before becoming webmaster for this site, other developers worked on it and I think there is some code left here and there which makes the classic wordpress editor unusable

The question is: are all the sites present? could it be that some site does not appear in the list?
Why are there some sites in one month (for example December and September), then in a few months some sites are modified (for example in October)? I mean that in October, that is between the other two months, I find one site less than in December and September, and one more site that I can’t find in the other months?

I don’t quite understand how this list works. I expected to find the same sites every month (if they were clearly all active already). I hope I explained myself.

Yes you are right. I was thinking of doing with a text edit file, and then reloading it.
Editing the link you suggested is something I’ve never done and I don’t know how to start.
