In reply to: [Business Worldpay Gateway for Woocommerce] Complete failure of the pluginYeah. I managed to get it working by reverting to the previous version of the plugin (1.3.0). If I update, it doesn’t work so I’m just going to have to stick with the old version. It doesn’t let you pick currency either but at least the site can accept payment.

In reply to: [Business Worldpay Gateway for Woocommerce] Complete failure of the pluginGiven we’ve successfully accepted payment before and haven’t updated the theme since then has anything changed in the plugin that could case this?

In reply to: [Business Worldpay Gateway for Woocommerce] Multiple CurrenciesHi there,
Just wanted to check in with you to see if you had had a chance to look at this?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Business Worldpay Gateway for Woocommerce] Multiple CurrenciesI guess the simplest way to put this is the customer can’t choose their currency. It doesn’t matter whether the box is ticked or not, it always stays as £.

In reply to: [Business Worldpay Gateway for Woocommerce] Multiple CurrenciesHi there,
Thanks for the super fast response, it’s really appreciated.
The issue we are having is that a customer in Switzerland and a customer in Germany have both tried ordering and paying in foreign currency, both of which had the transaction refused. WorldPay say the payment request is not being passed to them and I can’t see any errors in the WooCommerce logs. We’ve gone round the WorldPay support process and they have confirmed the account is set up to accept multiple currencies. Given our WooCommerce settings also allow other currencies they suggested the error was with the plugin.
I’ve currently got the Payment Page Hide Currency box checked, and I can confirm payments made in Pounds Sterling work fine.
Thanks again,
Simon
