You mention improving your documentation but maybe I can suggest something else. Why are they called Lite and Plus? Those names don’t actually help.

If one version (Lite) should be used with some (most? all?) responsive themes and the other (Plus) can be used with everything else, why not just call your plugins “RS Head Cleaner” and “RS Head Cleaner (responsive)”?

Clear labelling will help your cause better than all the documentation in the world! That way your “known issue” becomes a selling point for the other plugin!

I would like to bulk disable reviews on certain posts – happy to do it on the All Posts page maybe or by Category?

yes – I thought so too but isn’t! I’ve deactivated all the other plugins even goneback to WP2015 theme but that didn’t help. I’ve deleted and re-installed – nothing. This on two different sites.

I know it does work because I installed it on a brand new site but this is foxing me – the only thing I can think of is that it is something to do with importing existing reviews.

Any thoughts?

I too like your old version but I do need an upgrade. I’d much rather stick than twist, so you can tell the missus that when the upgrade comes I will happily “GO PRO” ??
