Thanks for helping out! Here are the result after enable the Troubleshooting mode with only active the woocommerce plugin:

Seem like it working fine. Is it mean there are some plugins affected? Btw where can I active the theme while using Troubleshooting mode?

Thanks for your reply. Here are the steps to found the error:

1. After selected the product, go to checkout page
2. Change Billing country to Malaysia

3. Go back to the “View Cart” page and the problem show up
