I’ve added myself as a watcher to the GitHub repo. I forgot to mention that when a user tabs out of the search form, the suggestion box should close, but it stays open. Having it close would help make it more accessible.

Solution found is to add the following to the function.php file:

add_post_type_support('page', 'excerpt');

add_post_type_support('post', 'excerpt');

first one is when Rankmath is disable second one is when its enable

I added that to my functions file but it did nothing the except field only shows back when I disable RankMath

When I disable Rank math or Yoast it appears again it seems its just when those SEO plugins are enabled

Also the reason we use Jetpack is it comes included on WordPress.com pro hosting service with all AI features enable, we tried everything and we do not seem to bring back the excerpt with the AI features, the only way is turning off Rank math

OH yes it shows fine on the calendar, this can be quit confusing.
