Hi Stephan and thank you for your feedback. We store data in the WordPress database and do not log out automatically under any circumstances and have not heard this complaint before. We have tried to reproduce the problem but without success. We are not sure what happened in your case, but this should not happen. We will keep our eyes open if we ever hear such complaint again to see if there is anything that can be fixed.

We’re excited to let you know that your two feature suggestions have been implemented:

• Predefined settings in the shortcode: You can now predefine settings like category, provider, and service directly in the shortcode. Just use the following syntax: [simplybook_widget location=id category=id provider=id service=id].
• Any provider selection: We’ve added an option to preselect the “Any Provider” option in the shortcode. This way, your clients won’t need to choose a provider every time they use the booking widget. You can achieve this by setting provider=any in the shortcode.

Regarding your question about styling, this is not yet implemented in the plugin, but we will try to do so in future releases. Currently, you can add styles using the Custom CSS Custom feature

We are sorry to read that there are inconveniences in the use of SimplyBook system.
If you wish to use the plugin for WordPress, then yes, it is required to have API custom feature enabled. So you need to have the subscription that allows to use the corresponding number of custom features.
If it is inconvenient for you we may suggest to use widget instead, it does not require any additional custom features enabled.

Also you can use an alternative method of integration – our widget. It already includes this feature.

In terms of performance: no automated site analysis service provides an exact result. For the plugin to work, we need to constantly receive up-to-date information from the server about changes in your company. Any requests to the server require additional time. The request time is not constant and depends on the Internet on your server, as well as the distance between the servers.

In case if the delay time is high enough – you can use an alternative method of integration – our widget. In this case, your site is integrated with the iframe with its built-in booking process. This method is faster because it excludes a connection to your server, and all data goes directly to our servers.

Please, update your plugins.

If plugin takes too long to load, please check:
1) your Internet connection speed and quality

2) Internet connection speed and quality for the server, where your site is hosted

3) If your company is registered on .me server (located in North America) and your WordPress site is located in Europe, then slow loading time is due to delays caused by signal transmission over long distances. In this case please register new account on our EU server (https://simplybook.it) or contact our support team.
