Da hatte sich ein Fehlerteufel eingeschlichen bei den Teilnahmenummer – jetzt l?uft alles bestens, dankesch?n!

Tats?chlich – DHL wollte “…str. nicht haben sondern “…stra?e”.
Bei den teilnahmenummern müssen nur die letzten 2 Ziffern angegeben werden, korrekt? Bisher klappt das noch nicht, aber ich habe selber keinen Zugriff auf den DHL account und warte hier noch auf die Rückmeldung der Kundin.

I did upload the fixed zip and so far it seems to be working. The problems were not just the error message but a ton of customers complaining about payment and shopping cart issues.

We’ve had the same issues, right during Black Week…customer is understandably mad. If I hadn’t turned on debugging we never would’ve caught the issue and found the temp solution to downgrade as it only presented itself as:
– suddenly empty cart after adding a product
– failed payment

We have no idea how many customers were lost thanks to this…

Thanks for the reply but I ended up doing everything by hand since we needed the wbsite back online – I ended up with completely deleted content, duplicated content and lots of language markers scattered all over post titles, Widgets and so on.

Still the same problem here – we were thinking about upgrading to Hestia pro but I’m guessing if even a simple issue like this does not even receive an answer I’ll be taking mine and my clients business elsewhere..

Renaming the folder made me able to login and update the theme (I had hoped that was it)

Post content – simply adding via the editor from the media gallery. The Theme uses CWS Builder, however the same issues happens if I disable it.

Via the media library either as a single image or as a gallery.

I have the exact same issues, I basically rebuilt the gallery trying to fix it, disabled ALL other plugins, switched to default themes, turned of my css and any customizations.

I have a very angry customer at hand who wanted to go live with this, a site that worked just fine pre-update ??

Same exact problem here and it has broken several pages that worked just fine before the update. Please fix this soon, very angry customers at hand who wanted to go live with their site that worked perfectly fine the last time they looked at it.

Thank you for the speedy reply!That works….and now so does my original css. I haven’t changed anything. Maybe my server just took a while to realize the css had changed.

I have the exact same problem…”fixed” the errors as stated and website shows a white screen and nothing else.

I’ve ended up using a very dirty workaround that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone…I used the code the plugin created and just copy/pasted it into a new page (instead of using a shortcode) and changed one of the input elements to a textfield (and while doing that also messed with the CSS a lot ;))

If you add textfields and the ability to define mandatory fields, this will be perfect ??
