Please share a small video of the flow that triggers this error. You are welcome to hide any confidential information on the screen. Could you also, confirm if you have tried connecting the plugin from another browser/ internet connection to see if that makes any difference?

You will need to reach out to Facebook to get the account access to the account and use that to connect, or you could get your account to have the necessary permissions to connect the extension to Facebook.

@martinxun03 the extension uses Jetpack services to sync data from your store to sync with the content API, unlike other plugins which sync via a feed.

The issue you are having is unique to your setup. So please conflict test this on a staging site, where WooCommerce and Google For WooCommerce are the only active extensions and check for the events and their tracking.

Looks like you misunderstood your response.
Currently, it’s not syncing, and it’s showing that I have 0 shipping methods. Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue?
Please setup the shipping information directly in Google Merchant centre, as Google For WooCommerce will not sync advanced configurations like yours. You will need to ensure you disable shipping setting sync in your Google For WooCommerce configuration.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] [de25] Google for WooCommerce purchase action@shakoor99 , Thanks for finding that the duplicate events are triggered in Google For WooCommerce alongside from Google Tag Manager. You would want to tweak the GTM settings to remove the trackings in Google Ads (and any other tracking needs)to ensure it’s not duplicated, as Google For WooCommerce is taking care of it.
Google For WooCommerce tracks these events and conversions by default because, it has bundled options to build campaigns and place ads in the dashboard and tracking is part of it’s reporting for these campaigns and there isn’t any setting to disable this tracking.
