First of all, thank you very much for informing me about the cache of logged in users and its dangers, because I had no information about this and it was not mentioned in any source.
You are absolutely right, I installed the WP-Rocket plugin and activated the user caching option, and for each user who logged in to the site, it created a folder for that user and put the cached contents in it, but unfortunately Not only did it not help me, it caused more load and the site completely crashed during load time
I think that considering that users have to log in to my site, the cache on the user side cannot be very efficient and I have to look for other ways

Firstly thank you to for check details and ask me questions,
The answer is almost yes.
There is a restricted page on my site that users must log in to access in order to display its content, so when users visit the desired page, they are first directed to the login page (WordPress default) and then Enter the username and password and you will be redirected to the corresponding page
And because this transaction is done simultaneously and with about 300 to 400 users, it causes high consumption of resources, especially CPU.

But keep in mind that the option table is not optimized and the occupied space remains unless the table is optimized manually, even if the optimization is done on your side, it is risky.
With all of the above, your plugin is constantly generating foreign keys (auto increment – option_id field).
For example, my site, which has high traffic, currently has 800 rows in option table, but for some reason the functionality of your plugin has reached 10 million foreign keys (auto increment – option_id field) records, and I’m worried that it will run out one day ??

In my opinion, this feature is not necessary considering that there is an Failed Login Records option in your plugin.
But you insist that this feature must exist, maybe it is better to have a separate table
