Thanks a lot for your suggestion, and I’m sorry to respond to you so late.

We managed to make it work by deactivating a plugin that caused the problem.

Please ignore this for now. I think we have found a solution. It was the layout of our background that made the search field look weird.

We inserted the shortcake somewhere else, and now it looks good.

Sorry for the confusion.

Please note that the directory hasn’t been incorporated into the website yet.

I managed to solve this problem on my end now.

I contacted Aazztech directly about this, and they thought that there was another plugin that caused the error. They suggested that I deactivate all plugins. If the problem dissappears while all plugins are deactivated (except ‘Directorist’ of course), then you know that the problem is caused by one of your plugins.

Then activate one plugin at a time to check which one is causing the error.
